Dear Music Beans Members,

With the beginning of the Phase 4 period from the “New York Forward” plan, we will progressively reopen Music Beans location starting on Sep 12th in a careful and safe manner.

School will ensure that safe management measures are in place to keep our students and members safe:

1. Daily temperature-taking will be carried out for all students and staff
2. Everyone is required to wash hands or use hand sanitizer after entering school
3. Automatic foam soap and hand sanitizer dispenser will be prepared throughout the public spaces to reduce touch points, including the reception area, restroom, and pantry room. 
4. Students, teachers, carers, and staff are required to wear their masks or face shields.
5. School will be going through deep cleaning before we reopen for public. We will clean high-touch surfaces more frequently and disinfect the premises daily.
6. Teachers are required to wipe down of instruments and shared facilities after use.
7. Intermingling across classes will be minimized.
8. There will be fixed seating in classrooms and shared spaces to keep social distancing.
9. Open hours and recess timings will be staggered to reduce congestion 
10. Students and staff who are unwell, or who have adult household members on home quarantine / Stay Home Notice or have flu-like symptoms such as fever and cough, are required to give notice to Music Beans and take virtual lesson instead.
